Entrance: large entry hall, door giving access to the chalet and to the ski storage with ski boots racks/warmers.

There is a gym which (includes a sauna for 8 persons), a shower room and the access to the garage where you will find a Ping-pong and a table football..

On yoor right.On the first floor a corridor and hallway giving access to:

• A superb kitchen for your breakfast with a wood fire place, a bar area with table. There is a direct access to the terrace (fitted with garden furniture) which leads to the lake.
• A large living room with fire place, access to terrace. This room is fully equipped with TV/DVD satellite TV (many foreign channels), HIFI, WIFI access.
• Utility room: washing machine, dryer 8kgs, freezer, hoover, ironing board, iron, drying area, safe, 2 baby chairs.

• A large bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide) and 2 single beds (80cm wide) and the possibility to put a baby bed. This room is equipped with TV/DVD, bathroom with jacuzzi bath, sink, WC, towel dryer ring and hair dryer.
• A bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm wide), with possibility to join them together as a 160cm wide bed. There is also a 90cm/190cm single bed. This room is equipped with a shower room which includes WC, sink, towel dryer ring and hair dryer.

• A room with 2 single beds (80cm wide). These beds can be joined together as a 160/200cm bed. There is also a single bed (90/190cm). This room is equipped with a bathroom containing a shower, WC, sink, hair dryer and towel dryer ring. There is a TV/DVD in this room.

On the third floor

• A bedroom with a large bed (140/190cm), TV/DVD, a corridor leading to a large bathroom with a bath with jacuzzi, WC, sink, hair dryer and towel dryer ringThis bathroom is shared with another bedroom ( bedroom fitted with a double bed(160cm wide), TV/DVD.

In order to make your stay more pleasant, we can offer the following services on request.Cleaning at the end of your stay: €430 for 38 people and €300 . This cleaning is compulsory in winter. For other periods of the year, you must book (if you wish) this service prior to starting your stay in the chalet.

• Baby sitting
• Evening dinners: 7 evening meals with 3 meals of special dishes in a typically regional restaurant situated 20 metres away from the chalet. Price varies according to the number of people so don't hesitate to ask for a quote.

• Ski passes with 12% discount. We can arrange to have them ready for you when you arrive at the chalet

Possibility to book a ski instructor for private ski lessons or if you are in a group an instructor could stay with you for half a day or even a full day.

• Raquettes with Serge who will supply the equipment. If you are a group of 10 persons or more, he willpick you up at the Chalet and will accompany you.
• Ski and snow board rental with 10 to 20% discount and possibility each evening to store the skis or snow boards at the shop where you rent the equipment. Orée du Lac: There is an ice rink 50meters away. Possibility to dive and fish under the frozen lake.The chalet Orée du lac is a luxury Chalet, extremely confortable, situated in a quiet and sunny location with beautiful views of the mountains and the lake.

You are 400m away from the ski pists of the Linga. There is a free bus service. The bus stop is only 30 meters away from the Chalet

At Plaine Dranse, you can have a meal at the restaurant "Chez Crépy" and get a discount of 10%.OTHER TIPS

You can visit the farm where the local cheese (fromage d'Abondance) is made and stay for afternoon tea. You will be able to eat not only this wonderful cheese but all local products from the farm (ham, saucissons etc..). If you are a group of 10 people or more, the visit can be arranged to receive only your group.

If you prefer, you can also have a fromage d'abondance delivered to you directly at the Chalet (ask Corinne 06 24 49 44 23)There is an open air market each Wednesday morningOur caterer butcher will deliver your order to the Chalet (to enquire about menu and price list, please ring 04 50 73 01 35

Meals can be delivered every day of the week to the Chalet. Meals include a starter and a dessert and are priced from €9 to €13 per person. There is also a choice of special local dishes (raclette, cheese fondue, pierrade, tartiflette).

If you don't want to order the meals for seven days, you can just order for one day.

Chez Jojo 04 50 73 20 65 will also deliver meat dishes, roasts, charcuteries (ham, saucissons, sausages etc...) as well as cheeses directly to the Chalet

INSURANCE FOR CANCELATION, MOUNTAIN ASSISTANCE OFFERED FOR JUST €1 EXTRAWe also can arrange to have your beds ready when you arrive. Price between €50 and €70 depending of the chalet. This service and the cleaning at departure have to be paid directly to the landlord on your arrival in Chatel together with the balance of your rental.Bedding in summer and at weekends:

• €150 for l'Orée du lac Free in winter.

Deposit 30% of the total amount is required and will be deducted from the final bill on completion of the holiday and on completion of all the terms and conditions accepted at the time of your booking. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.- Booking for the winter: If the booking is made before the 15^th September: 10% at the signature of the contract and 20% by the 25^th of October.

30% is required if the booking is on or after the 15^th of September.

• Booking for the summer or for weekends: 20% at the signature of the contract.

Method of payment: By credit or debit card, cash or bank transfers. Cheques in Euros drawn on a French bank are also accepted.

Security deposit (by credit/debit card):

• €1500.00 for the chalet 38 people.

Tax de séjour (local tax) :

€0.55 per day and per person (only for over 18 years old)

Payment to be made separately from the rental bill.
